CleanSpark provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time.
To access certain features, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Bookings: All service bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Cancellations: Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Late cancellations may result in a fee of 25% of the service cost.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money), and credit/debit cards.
While we strive for excellence, CleanSpark shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or conditions prior to our service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You must not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
